MCB Capital Markets, the investment banking arm of MCB Group, has acted as Transaction Advisor to Cap Tamarin Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Trimetys Group (‘Trimetys’), on its USD 10 million Mezzanine debt financing package. The financing, which was provided by Vantage Capital, a provider of Mezzanine capital based in South Africa, will be used to finance the initial infrastructure development work of the Cap Tamarin Smart City project located on the West coast of Mauritius.
